Robin Boord

Robin Boord lives with her family in Adelaide, on Kaurna land. Now a writer, she has been a theatre director and psychologist. She has degrees in theatre and psychology, a Certificate in the Novel (Stanford), and an MFA in Creative Writing (NYU). Her novel manuscript Out of Place was shortlisted for the Unpublished Manuscript Award in the 2024 South Australian Literary Awards. Robin is interested in the particularities of memory and shares Carl Jung’s belief that later life offers a marvellous opportunity to reflect and to reclaim significant aspects of the self.
